One plan. One predictable number a month.

No usage fees. No metering. No surprise line items. Pay monthly, or pay for the year and get two months free.

$1,500/mo

$1,750/mo at list, after the first five.

Charter shops keep $1,500 for life.

4 technicians included

+$200/month per additional technician

dispatcher, bookkeeper, owner — as many as you need.

  • The Dispatch Bot — morning briefings, email intake, all-day watch
  • A dedicated Tech Bot for every tech — no app, just Telegram
  • The full back office — dispatch board, billing, payroll-ready hours

Everything. There’s no smaller version.

What a shop pays

Your number, by crew size.

4 techs are in the base — running three today? There’s room to hire one more before your number moves. Every tech after that is $200 a month at charter, $250 at list. Office seats are never on this table.

TechniciansCharterList
4$1,500/mo$1,750/mo
6$1,900/mo$2,250/mo
8$2,300/mo$2,750/mo
10$2,700/mo$3,250/mo

So a 6-tech shop is $1,500 + 2 × $200 = $1,900 a month. That’s the number — it doesn’t move with usage.

Charter is the first five shops, one onboarding a week. List is everyone after. Charter shops keep $1,500, and the $200 per-tech rate, for life while they stay subscribed — and the lock is the least of what they get.

You pay first. The risk is still ours.

You pay up front, the way you already pay your vendors. If your techs aren’t using it in 30 days, your subscription comes back in full — and with setup waived for the first five shops, that’s every dollar you paid. You’re risking a month. We’re risking the company on earning the next one.

Setup waived

What you're buying

Three things run your shop.

One plan. It includes all three.

The Dispatch Bot

  • Builds your morning briefing — carryovers, parts to stage, gaps in the day.
  • Turns service emails into work orders automatically.
  • Watches the day — flags idle techs, unassigned emergencies, aging parts.

The Tech Bot

  • Every tech just talks to their own AI — no app, no training, just Telegram.
  • “I’m here” starts the billable clock; photos file themselves to the job.
  • Techs describe the fix — it’s logged, summarized, and ready to bill.

The back office

  • The whole day on one screen — schedule, alerts, parts, team.
  • Drag-and-drop dispatch board with live routes and drive times.
  • Completed jobs roll into billing packets, invoices, and payroll-ready hours.

A part-time dispatcher runs $2,500–4,000 a month.

Just Talk Shop starts at $1,500 a month, and it never calls in sick.

And dispatch is only half of it — owners tell us the back office gets about the same time back again, mostly the completed-job-to-QuickBooks pipeline. Our math says roughly 30 hours a week across the shop.

All 8 people on the team at our first shop run their day through their own bot — after zero training sessions.

Frequently asked questions

Within a few days. We pull what we can from QuickBooks, spreadsheets, or whatever you use today — your team, your customers and their locations, your vendors and vehicles — and enrich it with mapping and location data, so your dispatch board is populated from day one. Your work orders start clean, and your techs just start talking to their Tech Bot.

Two ways, whichever suits your books. Monthly, billed by ACH like the other vendors your shop depends on. Or pay for the year up front and get two months free — $15,000 for the year on the charter rate, $17,500 at list, and the same rule at any size: the year is ten times your monthly number, techs included. Either way your number is the base plus your techs, and it doesn’t move with usage: no metering, no surprise line items, one predictable number.

No — the name is the training. They just talk shop with it, in plain language: out loud on a rooftop with their hands full, or a quick message when that’s easier. “What’s my day look like” pulls their route. “I’m here” checks them in. Describing the repair logs the work. If they can hold a conversation, they can use Just Talk Shop — we’ve never run a training session.

Because the bots are the product, and there’s no version of Just Talk Shop without them. One plan has all of it — the Dispatch Bot, a Tech Bot for every tech, the full back office — and it gets sharper every month, building up a working memory of your shop, your customers, and your equipment, all inside your own instance. Your data never trains anyone’s AI models. A bigger shop isn’t a bigger tier. It’s the same plan with more techs on it.

Your monthly number goes up by $200 at the charter rate, $250 at list, and nothing else changes. Office seats never count — add a dispatcher, a bookkeeper, the owner, whoever runs the shop from a screen, at no charge. No usage fees, no metering, no surprise line items — one predictable number every month.

A technician is a person with a Tech Bot on their phone. Not payroll headcount, not who sits where on an org chart — the people out in the field with their own Tech Bot. Office people never count, however much they lean on the Dispatch Bot: your dispatcher, your bookkeeper and you can all be in it every day without moving the number. Add a tech and your number goes up the following month. Take one off and it comes down the same way.

If your techs aren’t using it in 30 days, your subscription is refunded in full — refunded, not credited, not prorated, and the full year if you paid annual. The one thing that isn’t refunded is the $2,500 setup fee, because the onboarding is work that’s already been done — and for the first five shops it’s waived, so there’s nothing to leave out. After that you can stop whenever you like. There’s no termination fee and nothing to cancel out of. Your data leaves with you too: ask for it and you get everything within 7 days, and we delete it when you say so. That’s in the agreement, not just on this page.

Apply anyway and we’ll look at it by hand. A bigger shop isn’t a different plan — it’s the same plan with more techs on it — but past ten we’d rather work the number out with you than have you read it off a table.

What would you do with 30 hours back a week?

Setup waived for the first five shops. If your techs aren’t using it in 30 days, the subscription is refunded in full.
