Contractors are buried in paperwork.
Here, the techs just talk shop.
We make field, dispatch and billing paperless for refrigeration and HVAC shops. The techs just talk: what they say becomes the work order, and the bill builds itself from it. No forms. No training. One free app, and that's the last thing anybody installs.
The software nobody uses. The data nobody enters.
Just Talk Shop began with a working HVAC shop losing entire evenings to data entry. Dispatchers answering the same question fifteen times a day. Owners who couldn't take a Saturday off because the schedule lived in their head.
Every field service platform on the market tried to fix this with a better form. A cleaner dashboard. Another app for the tech to download. The techs didn't use the app. The data didn't get entered. And the schedule still lived in the owner's head.
So Just Talk Shop went the other way. No typing needed. The tech talks, and what he says becomes the work order, the time, the parts and the bill. The owner asks, and the agent answers. It does the paperwork. You make the calls.
Five things we’re not compromising on.
- 01
The AI is the product. Not a feature.
Everyone else's AI works on what somebody already typed. Here, nobody has to. What the tech says is the record: the work order, the time, the parts and the bill all come from it. That's not a marketing line. It's the architecture.
- 02
Every tech gets their own Tech Bot. Stop asking them to learn your app.
Your techs already talk on their phones. They already send photos. We meet them there, in Telegram. If it isn't on the phone yet, it's one free app, two minutes, and the last thing anybody installs. Nothing to learn, no password to reset at 6 AM on a rooftop.
- 03
Every change is traceable.
Who put the job on the board, who moved it, who changed a time, from what to what. The record keeps all of it, and nothing in it gets tidied up after the fact. If you can't see how a number got there, it shouldn't be on your invoice.
- 04
The humans still run the shop.
It puts a job on a tech's day when you say so, files the photos, logs the time and builds the bill. It never bills anyone and never invents an hour; anything unclear waits for a person. The owner still makes the call. That line doesn't move.
- 05
We only build for shops that fix things in the physical world.
HVAC, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, mechanical service. Trucks, parts, rooftops, after-hours calls. Not SaaS. Not agencies. The real stuff.
Shops that fix things in the physical world.
Built for commercial service shops. Real trucks, real parts, real after-hours calls. If your people are on rooftops, we built this for you.
The shop still on paper
The owner dispatches, the schedule lives in his head. Tickets on a clipboard, hours from memory on Friday. Every day the pile gets bigger. Just Talk Shop breaks that cycle. Your techs talk, and the paperwork’s done.
Commercial HVAC/R
Rooftop units, walk-ins, compressors. Every job carries what happened on that unit before, and every part is tracked from order to van, with the return trip already on the board.
Shops serving national accounts
7-Eleven, Sonic, Speedway. The customer's ticket arrives by email with their own work-order number, and that's the number that rides through to the bill.
Every layer, tied to a thing your shop feels.
Enterprise technology. Contractor simplicity. The stack isn't the story. The story is what it does for you.
It writes the record.
Every tech gets their own Tech Bot, and the office gets a Dispatch Bot, on Telegram. They turn what was said into work orders, time, parts and photos filed on the right job, and they read your history back whenever you ask.
Your office still sees everything.
The Back Office: the board, the inbox, parts, the billing desk and payroll. The office looks, decides and corrects. Approvals, money and time stay with people.
Your shop runs on its own server.
Single-tenant: every shop gets its own server, its own database and its own agents. Nothing is shared with another shop, and a complete export is yours on request. Your dispatcher runs the whole day from his phone.
Built by someone who answered the phone at 6 AM.
Just Talk Shop was built inside a working HVAC and refrigeration shop: H&H Equipment Service in Spring Hill, TN, on the agents since late April 2026. 759 jobs completed as of October 2026, for 7-Eleven, Sonic, Speedway and other commercial accounts across Middle Tennessee. Every tech checks in by talking, after zero training sessions.
Every feature exists because Eric Harrison, H&H’s owner, needed it yesterday. He was our first customer. Now he’s our field advisor. Every decision got tested against a real dispatch board and a real 6 AM emergency call. Just Talk Shop wasn’t built by ex-SaaS executives with a vision deck. It was built in the van, by an engineer who rode along and made the thing the shop wished existed.
Underneath the talk is the part nobody can download: hundreds of hours tuning the Tech Bot and the Dispatch Bot on every workflow a shop runs on. Dispatch, routes, time, parts, billing, payroll. Tuned for small shops and practical operations, not a 200-tech enterprise. That tuning is ours.
“Most field service software is built by people who’ve never ridden along on a service call. We built ours on one.”
Stop clicking. Start talking.
20-minute demo. A real shop's day. No sales pitch.
Your techs will use it on day one. Because there's nothing to learn.
