Charter member program

Five shops. Today's price, for life.
Then we're done.

Just Talk Shop is early. The first five shops on board don't get a discount — they get today's rate locked for life, for as long as they stay subscribed, free onboarding, and a direct line to the operator for 90 days. We're picking five charter members who help define what good looks like — one onboarding a week. Then the door closes.

The offer

What charter members get.

Six things. The value is the lock and the access — not a discount.

Charter price holds — $1,500/mo

No early-member discount. 4 techs included, +$200/mo per additional tech, and office seats — dispatcher, bookkeeper, owner — free and unlimited. The honesty is the point.

$0 onboarding

Waives the standard $2,500 setup fee. Your customers, vendors, and vehicles seeded from QuickBooks, agents configured, your shop live in days.

Price lock for life — $1,500/mo

List price rises to $1,750 after the charter window, and the per-tech rate to $250. Charter members keep $1,500 — and the $200 per-tech rate — for life, as long as they stay continuously subscribed.

Charter member status

Named in the charter group with permission. Since-2026 badge — there are only five of these.

Direct line to Just Talk Shop for 90 days

Text or call us. Not a ticket queue, not an SDR — the operator answering the phone.

Weekly 30-min feedback call for 90 days

Roadmap input. You see what's being built and you push priorities. Feedback flows both ways.

Pay monthly, or pay for the year up front — $15,000, two months free. No long contract and no termination fee — cancel whenever you like. If your techs aren't using it in the first 30 days, you get every dollar back. The charter terms come with staying, not with a signature.

The trade

What we ask in return.

A fair trade between adults. Not fine print.

Case study rights

Logo, story, named quotes, before/after numbers — once results land. Drafts shared with you for review before anything publishes.

Reference rights

Prospects may call you directly. Capped at two calls per month for the first year — at your convenience.

Weekly feedback call for 90 days

The same 30 minutes that serves you. Feedback flows both ways — you'll see the roadmap as it's being built.

Who it's for

Is this you?

The cohort is sized narrow on purpose.

Yes

Built for owners who run the dispatch board themselves.

  • Field-service operator — HVAC, refrigeration, commercial maintenance, or close adjacency
  • 3–10 technicians
  • Owner/operator with decision authority
  • Ready to onboard in the next 30–60 days
  • Real intent to run the product, not just kick tires

3–4 techs or 11–20 techs? Apply anyway — we handle those case-by-case.

Probably not

A clean "not yet" saves both of us time.

  • 1–2 techs (too small to need a dispatcher)
  • 50+ techs (wrong product shape)
  • No decision authority — committees, corporate sign-off
  • Just researching or benchmarking vendors

Not a no forever — just a no for this cohort. The retail waitlist is open via /contact.

How it works

The application flow.

Five minutes from filling the form to a real conversation.

01

Send the application below.

Nine fields, one of them optional. Who you are, the shop, team size, industry, timeline, biggest dispatch pain. No signup, no marketing sequence.

02

It lands directly with me.

Same questions I'd ask on a call. Plain text, no calendar dance.

03

If you fit, I'll reach out within 24 hours.

Direct — no SDR, no queue. We book a 30-minute call and walk through how your shop runs today.

04

If you sign, onboarding starts the same week.

Your customers, vendors, and vehicles seeded, agents configured. Day one your AI agents know your business.

Straight answers

The five questions every owner asks.

Why no commitment? Aren't you worried about people just cancelling?+

Honestly, no. If a customer wants out, I'd rather they walk than feel trapped. The only thing worth saying plainly is that the charter terms come with staying — the price lock holds for as long as you're continuously subscribed, and the waived onboarding and my cell number come with it. Cancel and come back later and you come back at whatever list is then.

What does the price lock actually cover?+

The $1,500/mo base and the $200/tech rate, locked for life while you stay continuously subscribed — even as list rises to $1,750 and $250/tech for everyone after you. Office seats were never on the bill, so there's nothing to lock there.

Why only 5 shops?+

Because I do the onboardings myself, one at a time. I spent over a decade onboarding clients into systems I built, so I know what a good one actually takes — and five is what I can do properly without anyone getting a rushed install. You're not taking a risk on our size. You're getting paid for it: my cell, your rate locked for life, and the $2,500 onboarding waived.

What if I'm slightly outside the 3–10 tech range?+

Apply anyway. 3–4 techs or 11–20 techs gets a manual look. The hard outs are 1–2 techs (too small) and 50+ (wrong product shape).

What about results from H&H Equipment Service?+

H&H has been running their real operation on Just Talk Shop's AI agents since late April — dispatch, work orders, parts, invoicing — and their techs never sat through a training session; they just started talking to it. It's still early, so results like time saved and dispatch outcomes are still accumulating. We're not making outcome claims yet, on principle.

Start your application

Tell us about your shop.

Nine fields. We read every one.

Plain-text email. No marketing sequence. We answer within 24 hours — yes or no.

By submitting, you're asking to be considered for the charter group. Nothing is binding until a deal memo is signed.

Five shops. Then we're done.

The scarce thing isn't the price — it's the operator access. We can give weekly hands-on time to five owners. After that the math stops working.
